ZCash (ZEC) Mainnet service has been fully restored.
All ZEC send and swap functionality is available on Ledger Wallet™ desktop 4.6.1 and above, and Ledger Wallet™ mobile 4.7 and above. Please ensure you are on the latest version of your Ledger Wallet™ app and that the Zcash (ZEC) firmware app on your device is updated to version 3.0.1 or above.

Ledger Wallet™ mobile version 4.7 has been released.
Transparent ZEC sends are confirmed working with Ledger Wallet™ mobile 4.7, Ledger Wallet™ desktop 4.6.1 and the Zcash (ZEC) app 3.0.1. If you have not yet updated, please follow the steps outlined in our dedicated Help Centre article.
We are continuing to monitor the restoration of Zcash (ZEC) Mainnet service and are evaluating stability before fully re-enabling additional services such as swap.

Following mitigation efforts and thorough testing, the Zcash (ZEC) app has been updated. You can now access your ZEC account and send using the latest version, Ledger Wallet™ desktop 4.6.1. A fix for Ledger Wallet™ mobile is included in version 4.7, expected to release next week.
Managing ZEC via Ledger Wallet™ desktop 1. Download and install the latest version of Ledger Wallet™ desktop. If you experience any issues updating, you can refer to this Help Centre article. 2. Open My Ledger and ensure the Zcash (ZEC) app is updated to the latest version, Zcash (ZEC) 3.0.1. 3. Connect your Ledger device and open the Zcash (ZEC) app. 4. Open Ledger Wallet™ desktop to access your ZEC account.
